2. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • Accuracy of Content: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, features, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or texture will be completely accurate.

  • Modifications: All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

  • Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price modification, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive to ensure all pricing details on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via authorized third-party payment aggregators and gateways (supporting UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

  • Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Order Receipt vs. Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

  • Right to Refuse/Cancel: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any legitimate reason, including:

    • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;

    • Inability to obtain authorization for payment;

    • Identification of fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity;

    • Unavailability of stock or supply chain constraints;

    • Delivery address located outside our serviceable pincodes.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within5-7  business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Serviceable Locations: We deliver across supported pincodes in India through third-party logistics and courier partners.

  • Processing & Transit Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines,The Bazar is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier logistics constraints, severe weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or force majeure events.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by you or continuous unavailability to receive the package, return shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Requests for returns, exchanges, or replacements must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of products (such as perishable goods, personal hygiene items, custom/personalized products, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

  • Process & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7  business days. For detailed terms, please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Bazar, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or products procured using the service.

  • Cap on Liability: In any case, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the purchase of any product or use of the website shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Bazar, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
